the Hogan Assessment System TM

Hogan is a suite of psychometric tools widely used to assess personality and reputation, building self awareness and driving personal development and performance. It can also be used for recruitment selection.  

 

It has three core elements:

  1. The Bright Side – how do we relate to and appear to others when we are at our best?

  2. The Dark Side – how might we 'derail' in times of strain, disrupting our relationships and our performance?

  3. The Inside – what are our key values and interests that motivate and drive us?
