Our strategic partnership with one of the big four global professional services firms is delivered through an integrated service, led by Business Moves Group (BMG), with babel projects providing the specialist workspace strategy and move management expertise that underpins the contract. Since November 2013, this combined approach, uniting BMG’s physical logistics infrastructure with our consultancy, has been central to managing the firm's major property transformations across London and the UK.
The scope of work is comprehensive, covering departmental and building stack analysis, migration strategy, project management, and physical move support. To date, this unified team has successfully completed over 25,000 staff relocations across the UK.

sustained transformation and high-volume scale
The partnership was established in 2013 during the complex, multi-phased refurbishment of the firm's flagship London office (c. 5,500 staff). Under the BMG contract, babel projects was responsible for developing the strategic planning framework, while BMG executed the migration strategy to ensure absolute business continuity. This successful delivery set the precedent for our ongoing support of BMG in managing sustained transformation projects across the client's UK estate.
