The RQi is a psychometric tool that has been rigorously tested by psychologists.  


It measures the beliefs, behaviours and environments that have been scientifically proven to help us cope with stress and bounce back from adversity.

We run workshops to teach your people about the different ways that we react to stress, and why it's so important to develop their resilience to cope with life’s challenges.



Your people complete an online questionnaire called the Resilience Quotient Inventory or RQi.

Your employees receive a comprehensive personalised report that explains their own individual resilience profile.  The report provides fantastic insight into their beliefs and behaviours that will impact their resilience, highlights strengths and offers tailored recommendations.



We provide 1-2-1 coaching support and expert guidance to help your team members understand their profiles; agree key development areas; and set some personal goals and draw up an action plan.
