Improve your resilience
This series of short videos will introduce you to the concept of resilience, and help you understand why it is so important for all of us, particularly in the current climate. Each video last between 3 – 4 minutes. Together they summarise the 6 key pillars that have been scientifically proven to protect us from stress, help us cope with difficult events in our lives, and improve our resilience. Each video also provides an easy and practical exercise to help you start your journey towards greater resilience right away!
What We Do
The RQi is a psychometric tool that has been rigorously tested by psychologists.
It measures the beliefs, behaviours and environments that have been scientifically proven to help us cope with stress and bounce back from adversity.

We run workshops to teach your staff about the different ways that people react to stress, and how to develop their resilience to cope with life’s challenges
Your people complete an online questionnaire called the Resilience Quotient Inventory or RQi.

Your employees receive a comprehensive personalised report that explains their own individual resilience profile. The report provides fantastic insight into their beliefs and behaviours that will impact their resilience, highlights strengths and offers tailored recommendations
We provide 1-2-1 coaching support and expert guidance to help your team members understand their profiles; agree key development areas; and set some personal goals and draw up an action plan.
We can also work with managers and teams in groups to facilitate great conversations about wellbeing and how they can boost their resilience by working together.
